Meetings & conferences

Looking for a welcoming meeting venue in peaceful surroundings, within easy reach of the city and airport? Lygnerns Pensionat & Konferens is on the square in Sätila, next door to Folkes Restaurang, and is ideal for small conferences, team events and meetings. We are just 20 minutes by car from Landvetter Airport, with easy access from Gothenburg, Borås and Kungsbacka. Lake Lygnern is around an 800-metre walk away.

We welcome groups of up to 20 people and offer half-day and full-day packages with coffee breaks and lunch.

Meeting packages

Prices exclude VAT.

• Half day, SEK 495/person: morning or afternoon coffee break and lunch
• Full day, SEK 595/person: morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee

Group activities

Walk & Talk

Take the roughly 800-metre walk down to the lake, with refreshments in your backpack and good conversation in beautiful surroundings.

Cook with a chef

Prepare your own three-course dinner with Karolin from Folkes Restaurang. Split into groups with different tasks, then sit down to enjoy the meal together.

Solve a murder mystery

Solve a murder mystery together, or compete in teams to see who solves it first. 2–8 people per team, 1–3 hours.

Forest bathing

A Japanese practice for reconnecting with nature, reducing stress and encouraging creativity. A guided walk lasting from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Team building: focus on communication

Information, discussions and exercises exploring how we communicate with one another. Led by Allround Coaching, 90 minutes.

Qi Gong, mindfulness and meditation

Practical exercises focusing on breathing and stress management. Led by Allround Coaching, 90 minutes.
